Milling Center

Milling Center ARES CNC: workability 5 axes; the workspace is 3600 x 1800 x 1200 mm; it has 12 kW liquid cooled spindle at 22000 rpm ; with automatic tool changer 8 positions; CNC control is a FANUC 18i. It offers a complete set of tools for the milling of wood, aluminum and almost all of composites and engineering plastics (methacrylate, Polyurethane, polystyrene, ABS, Teflon etc We have a specialist distributor of machinables polyurethane and epoxy boards. The milling paths generating software is Delcam 7.0. in IGES format that works with files exported from any of the current CAD packages (Rhino, Catia, Solidworks ...) along with most of 3D CAD formats on the market. Surface modification and repair is usually done with Rhino 3.0. The precision of the milling center is up to 0.1 mm. All models used in the milling center fulfill the requirements set by the ITTC (7.5-01-01-01) for the manufacture of models used in model basins ).
